The target company was a real estate leasing/condominium management company in Japan.
Although the company had been managing condominiums developed for sale by another construction company,
that construction company did quit the condominium development business.
Consequently, the increase in the number of managing units stopped.
On the other hand, regulations for condominium management business got stricter year by year.
As such regulations increased cost burden, the company decided to sell the business.

Because of some intentions of the purchase received from some companies, a bit was invited.
As a result of negotiation with the highest Japanese bidder, the condominium management business was split from the target company
and the new company for the condominium management business was acquired by the highest bidder.
